How to Get That Model Home Look

We'd be going out on a limb to say we know anything about home decorating. But we do get to take some pictures of the amazing work done by the well qualified Interior Designers that work with Las Vegas' premier new home builders.

We know most of you think "I can do this myself. Why should I pay someone to do what I can do? Aren't those interior designers expensive anyways?" Don't be so sure. Interior design, like you see in todays model homes is a difficult task. It takes time. You often have to change up your design as you go. We changed colors and design of my website 8 times before we got the results we were looking

Sectioned home to show the interior design

for. But we wern't wasting money on pieces of furniture or decorations that we decided not to use. And what about the time? Time is money, how much is your time worth? So maybe hiring a expert isn't such a bad idea. We've reached out to some experts here in Las Vegas for ideas/tips on creating that perfect atmosphere. But they're not going to give away all their secrets. So reach out to them and see what they might be able to do for you.

Living Style

Be careful not to over build for your area!

We all love the million dollar look, but if you over do for your homes comparables, it's a bad investment.

Furniture and window treatments are important elements in any design project,

but we always ask our clients set money aside money in their budget for accessories. A well-designed room should have a depth of style. The space should be layered with the client's personality and lifestyle, so when it's complete, the room says "this is my space and this
is my signature style".

Be Inspired

The most beautiful interiors are those that express their owners personal style. I filter my clients taste through my knowledge of design concepts and sources. I encourage my clients to gather inspiration from design publications, websites and travel. I always recommend having a plan and prioritizing purchases. Enjoy the process. Often times the story of how or where you found an object can be just as intriguing as the piece itself.

Creating The Perfect Master Bath

What was originally a bathroom with an oversized, broken bathtub awkwardly viewing the neighbor’s

yard is now a private, stunning Hollywood inspired master bathroom. The new and improved shines

with 12 x 24 tile, glass inserts, a 300+ crystal chandelier and matching his and her pebble floored

showers. A chic leather covered vanity along with a tufted seat allows for proper primping in a stylish

setting.  With style and comfort front of mind, the black glass and wall-mounted vanities with functional drawers were installed to support the oversized white porcelain sink. The addition of a sleek mirror behind the side mounted glittering sconces adds depth and dimension to a seemingly small space. The result is a beautifully themed Hollywood inspired master bathroom fit for legends Greta Garbo, Marilyn Monroe and Bette Davis.
